Sandra L. Moore was appointed Director of Advertising and Sales Promotions for the Buick and GMC brands in 2013. In this role, she leads the strategy and execution of advertising and experiential events to increase customer opinion, consideration and advocacy for Buick and GMC. She is the first Latina to assume this position for Buick and GMC.
Prior to joining Buick and GMC, Moore was the Director of Customer Experience Development, where she increased corporate focus on exceptional customer experiences at GM dealerships to drive sales and service loyalty.
Since joining General Motors in 1995, Moore has held numerous marketing and operational management roles, including: regional marketing manager, regional digital marketing manager, field operations manager and Cadillac zone manager.
Moore has a track record of success in the automotive business with an eye for adopting new marketing trends.
Moore holds a bachelor of science in advertising from the University of Texas in Austin, Texas. She also holds a master of business administration in marketing from Loyola University, Illinois.
A native of El Paso, Texas, Sandra has two children and currently reside in Michigan.
